I would have dreams where I'd somehow end up at their house in the middle of nowhere and nobody else was around and I couldn't leave.
Ventriloquist dolls also freaked me out, my mom had one from when she was a kid and for some reason she decided to put it on my closet shelf, which was directly across from my bed, and I didn't have a door on my closet so I could always see it.

And the Disney movie Tower of Terror made me permanently afraid of elevators. In the movie, this little girl who was a famous actress in the 1930's got into the elevator and apparantly died or some **** like that, I have no idea why they would make that a movie for children but everytime I'd get into an elevator I would freak out I was gonna die
