I think they aren't credited because that's how the preorder went up (with no names attached). It was put up pretty early and I don't think P!nk wanted it revealed who she had worked with.
When the tracks go up for sale though I'm sure their names will be added on. It'd be stupid not to, especially for the Eminem track...putting his name on something is like instant sales.
