Apple (or anybody, for that matter) cant be patent trolling when their past is pretty much built off innovations of other companies. So yeah it pretty much proves that Apple is full of ****. |
No one is saying Samsung hasn't tried to copy some of Apple's work. It's pretty obvious that the original Galaxy S is a direct reaction to the iPhone. But let's not act like everything Apple has ever done is their own invention (their new notification system is lifted right out of Android).
People borrow successful ideas from others and make them better or more useful. That's how every industry works. Every car has four wheels, a steering wheel, a radio, air conditioner, etc. Every modern television set is a minimalistic flat black screen. There are certain things that Apple just should not be allowed to have a patent on.
