One of the top evil and probably one of the most powerfull characters in Mortal Kombat, a major Icon, and the original boss becomes a finalist in "The Mortal Kombat fighters rate" leaving just at #10 . . . So glad it placed inside top 10, though he should've placed higher ... 91/100pts for me

He is top 5 or top 6 worthy for me

... Shang tsung's appearance in MK3 was outstanding

She's better than Kitana and Sheeva at least, but she would not be popular if she didn't flash her boobs all the time. She needs to be punched out

IMO Mileena did a great debut in MK2 and then the character started to decline and just when everyone thought the character was a lost cause she surprised everyone with probably one of the 3 best comebacks ever in MK , whe she returned in Mortal Kombat Deception , unlike Kitana , Mileena resurged and thats why I think fans like her so much.

I would even say nowadays she is the most popular female character in MK replacing Sonya who used to be in that position
