Kate is a pioneer and very creative, but Bjork's probably the most innovative - she's actually innovated her music by creating new instruments and new technology.
Bjork in all aspects. Madonna primarily image-wise. Kate is up there too but I could never get into her music, so I can't say for certain. Some of the other girls are interesting (for pop), but aren't doing anything particularly groundbreaking.
