I don't think I would want one. In England there's a statue of someone in the South, but in the North (where his actual body is) they dug his body up so they could hang it again because they hated him that much. :-)
I love Avril, but what I'm tryna say it one measly statue doesn't mean your fave is better than someone without a statue.
