I actually like this chick's version better. Maybe because I can actually hear what the **** she's saying. Madonna's lyrics are better though for sure though.

She actually gives the song life!

Madonna makes most dance music so flat with her monotonous vocals. Like with Some Girls and Girl Gone Wild she was on like one range for 4 minutes straight. Snooze fest on the dance floor.

No offense, I love her and everything. But this album? Not too many kind words.

bebe used to be in one of the old versions of pete wentz's current group/band, black cards. they never released any full versions of the good songs before she parted ways with him/the band though.

This gal does the verses a little better but Madonna does the pre-chorus/chorus better imo.

Ugh, bratty female vocals need to go away forever. This version sounds like a Kidz Bop cover. Madge's version is violently monotone electro, but I think it elevates the song beyond this... Selena Gomez reject track.

Funny how the chorus lyric changed from "some girls are just like me" to "some girls are not like me". Madonna's changes improve it but this is still interesting and good.

I always find it funny how Madonna kinda implies she wrote every song from nothing then all these demos pop up.

Same here, this could have been on Femme Fatale but it felt a bit out of place on MDNA.
It has grown on me a lot though, couldn't stand it at all when the album came out.

I always think Superstar are Some Girl are not for Madonna.
The lyrics are kind of... nmm...... silly, I don't hate them now, but they are not her best at all.

I can feel vulnerability on Some Girls actually. BTW, it's my favorite song from MDNA for a few personal reasons, along with I'm Addicted and Love Spent.

It's like she's saying "hey, I'm here for a long time, but I'm still a huge competitor for all these newbies". A more unoffensive version of She's Not Me.

Hahaha right? Gerl doesn't actually do much songwriting...
She needs to concentrate more on it instead of rushing a release like MDNA.
You can tell she just wanted to throw something together that was fun and sell-able.
I still like it tho... I just am gonna need a little effort from her next time.
