In London there is a 10:30pm curfew for open-air concerts. This includes Twickenham, Wembley Stadium, Hyde Park, Emirates etc.
This is to avoid disruption to the residents. That is why I thought The O2 Arena would have been a better choice for Gaga.
If they run over 10:30, Twickenham will be forced to cut the gig (literally stop the power). There is also a limit to the number of outdoor gigs in London per year.
She better not cut the gig tomorrow when I go.
