I think Beyoncé will get the award next because it isn't specifically focused on videos. Notice the descriptions for the ladies that won in the OP--only Madonna's mentions her music videos. If it was really a video award, I wouldn't be so sure.
MTV does think Beyonce's videos are great ... she has won 12 moonmans

Right. The descriptions aren't even music video related. Beyoncé's will probably entail mentions of her performance skills.
