It's pretty clear Gaga's tweet yesterday with the "hahahah" too was in response to this, not Rihanna performing. For one, Gaga tweeted at exactly 8:00 before Rihanna even appeared on stage. Moments before they cut to Rihanna's performance, Nicki Minaj was shown on the red carpet in that outfit. She also uses the same "hahahha" thing here.
