It's not just my opinion though. Of course we all have preferences, but Miguel is a better and more talented singer than Trey when it comes to technique and skill as well. You very well prefer the sound of Trey's howls, but it doesn't change the fact that Miguel is more gifted vocally as well as in most other areas too besides maybe looks which is completely subjective as well.
Don't act like it's a fact, it's still your opinion and you don't need come with this "it's not just my opinion though" it's like you would say: "all miguel stans says: miguel is better than trey" or it's like i would say: "all trey stans says: trey songz is better than miguel and it's not just my opinion though"
Just watch all his video session, my opinion is still Trey -> Miguel.
Trey starts at 2:40 and my opinion is that Miguel has never good vocals like him I also never enjoyed Miguel live but don't get me wrong I don't hate him otherwise I wouldn't enter this thread

He's definitely underrated. I think his image has alot to do with that, and by image i mean physically. He doesn't have the heart throb thing going for him that most male R&B singers thrive off of. He's too much of a twink (no shade). I love his music so ****ing much but seeing him looking like a fairy pixie in videos kind of ruins the illusion to be honest. I say this as a female.
