I always liked the sense of style of 90's more. Well, people often seemed to be carefree and laid back back then, in my eyes and it had its reflection in their clothes.

90s on the basis of grunge + the come-up of streetwear thanks to people like Tupac. Arguments could be made for the 00s but they'd be defeated by Crocs, Uggs, ugly cut skirts, bad crop tops & sweatpants.
I know I'm going to get some hate but.....90's fashion(minus the chucks shoes) from what I can remember and old show reruns...was and is a mess(soccer mom looks, tommy hilfiger, gap, phat farm, fubu, Reebok, faded shirts.......X__x ).....hell even early 00's fashion was a mess I guess each time period had their respective peeks of flawlessness....
