The trinity is: Grammys, Oscars, Emmys.
there is no prestige in getting a VMA or AMA (since like the early-2000s)

No they're not, otherwise beyonce, gaga, and other pop/r&b girls wouldn't have any. It's more for black people though, with very few exceptions i.e Gaga.
