Both are GREATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT artist, I must say.
Its very hard to decide as I fell in love with both at the same time back then in 2002.
They released great singles, but for albums I have to say Michelle Branch's is more appealing because you know she's in type "pop rock" stuff which is more mainstream.
I prefer Michelle!
But Vanessa's stuffs like Ordinary Day and Thousand Miles are superb. <3333
