I find it better than Amaral's version, WAY BETTER...and I love Amaral's version :P but this one the music behind it and Shakira's voice at the end makes it better.

Now that I actually listened to it let me say that:

I didn't like Shakira's vocals at the beginning but the ones at the end of the song are remarkable.

I found this version of the song kinda disappointing, the same way I feel about Miguel Bose and Alejandro Sanz's version. I think Amaral and Chetes made a great job making it simpler, so the main focus of the song can be the lyrics and not high or low notes.

Shakira is great!

Shakira's final vocals (the last minute or so) are hauntingly beautiful. Great song.
