I pick Try This. It's the only one that doesn't have a title-track and the rawest too.
Can't Take Me Home: Split Personality. It's on another level and probably only non-relationship-related song on the record.
Missundaztood: Get The Party Started. It's just different to me on many levels. Pink not having writing credits, the overall sound etc.
Try This: Love Song. How da fuk did this get in here. It's just too lovely, short and beautiful.
I'm Not Dead: I Have Seen The Rain. It's really different than the rest of album, so laid back, innocent and effortless.
Funhouse: Funhouse. Beyond quirky. This is a really weird song actually, one of my all time favourites by any artist. I'm a sucker for happy sounding sad songs. It just doesn't make sense next to other FH tracks or Pink discography but one of her best songs and videos.

I would like to say
Try This for the same reasons as you but the genre of music has been done before where as
M!ssundaztood I think is still her pivot album and is the reaosn she is now so popular and successful! the genre is just pure brilliance and was inspiration for so many other artists...even if they did just copy her!
So anyway...
Can't Take Me Home : I'd have to say "Let Me Let You Know" It's one of the more deeper songs
M!ssundaztood : "Get The Party Started", "Family Portrait" or "Lonely Girl" for me, they're all unique musically and Family Portait is just raw emotion tbh!
Try This : I think "Catch Me While I'm Sleeping"...sounds different to the rest
I'm Not Dead : I'm not counting any of the bonus tracks so I say... there's actually a lot on this album - "Dear Mr. President", "I'm Not Dead", "CWM13YOS"
Funhouse : "Funhouse" for me too, I agree. But then again, "One Foot Wrong" also...
