Apparently Rihanna's performing a new song at the VMA's ... "Cockiness (Love It)" but most her stans aren't here for it! I have the album and it's an ok song I guess, not the best on the album!
So maybe the best guess is that P!nk will perform a medley of Blow Me / Try as I doubt she'd just perform Try!
Cockiness is my favourite song of TTT, but the Remix isn't good, his verse isn't needed so i wont really be looking forward to her performance tbh
So what do you think is Pink's pivot album and pivot track from each album, like the odd one that breaks the mold, stands out in some ways.
I pick Try This. It's the only one that doesn't have a title-track and the rawest too.
Can't Take Me Home: Split Personality. It's on another level and probably only non-relationship-related song on the record.
Missundaztood: Get The Party Started. It's just different to me on many levels. Pink not having writing credits, the overall sound etc.
Try This: Love Song. How da fuk did this get in here. It's just too lovely, short and beautiful.
I'm Not Dead: I Have Seen The Rain. It's really different than the rest of album, so laid back, innocent and effortless.
Funhouse: Funhouse. Beyond quirky. This is a really weird song actually, one of my all time favourites by any artist. I'm a sucker for happy sounding sad songs. It just doesn't make sense next to other FH tracks or Pink discography but one of her best songs and videos.
Alicia Keys has let her fans here 'Girl On Fire' before the VMA's
Rihanna has let her fans here the 'Cockiness (I Love It)' Remix before the VMA's
Why doesn't P!nk let her fans hear 'Try' before the VMA's
Anyone else hoping for something in vein of Please Don't Leave Me? I'm listening to the Funhouse record right now, this song was definitely definitive of the whole era.
