Er, that's because this is Blown Away's first discount and its still a pretty new album. Stronger's been discounted on iTunes 1234567890 times already, and it only went back in the top 10 the very first time (Christmas sale). Now when it gets discounted it barely even moves.
We learned the last 2 weeks that discounted physical copies >>>>>> digital sale.
