Artists whose recent efforts underperformed but are still stars do not count. Indie/niche artists who do not make chart targeted music do not count either.
With that said, who is your favorite flop? I'd say mine is Kelis. All of her albums are good, and have gems and she makes great forward thinking R&B music.
