She's also suing the Twitter hater for abusing her privacy by taping the phone call.

Based on what I know about Leann Rimes, I find her disgusting and fake; a homewrecker with serious image issues. However, I know you can't take tabloids at face value.

I hope she gets the treatment she needs and steers clear of Twitter.
