it is a fantastic album. musically, it's all over the place: soul, rock, rnb, funk, pop, blues, 70s influences, etc. it's very weird and diverse but still has a cohesive vibe that makes it feel book-like, if you know what i mean. the lyrics and vocals are top-notch and it's a very touching and honest album.
And yes, definitely! SLY must be amazing if it's the only Max Martin song to make the album. Surprised there is only one song by him. And I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy she worked with Jeff Bhasker!
Did Jeff also produce Here Comes The Weekend? Or did he only co-write it?

yeah, i was kinda disappointed by IND tour DVD's feature, too. but i loved the funhouse one but the editing of the actual concert sucked IMO and they really chose nights where her voice didn't sound 100% :/ they didn't capture the amazing live feeling IMO, unlike with try this tour DVD.
I'm unsure what to do. It all depends on when the album leaks. If it leaks a day or two before the first release date I think I'll hold off and wait for my CD. If it leaks this week then I'll be forced to listen.
