Urban.H&M is in the next town over (at Crabtree)
IDC for Gap all that much.
I have YET to see a men's section in the newly opened XXI Forever(same for Wet Seal & Charlotte Russe,though I don't live in a town with Wet Seal.

If I can't find anything at Urban/all the other stores,I walk down the street to Plato's Closet (thrift store).

Oh and you MISSED EXPRESS & AMERICAN APPAREL

Topman and Urban Outfitters are the best in my opinion.
H&M is decent, considering that it's quite inexpensive.
