The only chance is October. That's the latest you can go and have a new single still sell well and carry into the new year, with a second single in January. (Bad Romance and Telephone were timed exactly like this, October and January)

Aftter that, all bets are off. She has less than a 2 month window to put something out, and if she's going to, we should be at least getting some info...
