No? I mean, it was obvious that Kylie wanted to take somewhat of a year off and not do anything intense (besides spend time in the studio). So it was either this, or a complete break. IMO even though the only major thing we got so far is Timebomb, it's better than having had nothing this year.
+ she's releasing Flower very soon (along with a music video), so what's there really to complain about? We'll see a new studio release and tour from her next year.
