Even if the buildings did in fact collapse naturally, there's are still lots of things that do not fit the official story: The army not being able to take down 4 highjacked aircrafts even though they're intensively trained to do so, the bush administration being heavily involved with Osama (even Helping the Bin Ladens escape the US in private flights on 9/11 even though air-traffic was completely suspended that day) the government deliberately lying about the events on 9/11 as shown in the example above(the video), 9/11 proving to be beneficial to the government, etc etc
