i wouldn´t rate this list 50/100 even....but tom jones has agreat voice though!...justin has a good voice but just because he has somwe great songs and is extremely popular doesn´t make him a top 50 singer, his position is alright...
i would include layne staley, kurt cobain and eddie vedder to the list...if dead singers count that is...
