Thought Jason Mraz was going to keep those 1m+ updates. P!nk and Demi are doing really great, the rest of the top ten can start falling faster, so we can have a whole new one.
It bothers me that radio is so defiant to pick up Want U Back, which is clearly in-demand if digital purchases are anything to go by.
I guess Taylor is the next overall #1. Whistle will end up getting blocked. I'm surprised Blow Me (One Last Kiss) is still out gaining Whistle. And I'm definitely surprised Give Your Heart a Break is still gaining at all.
The abundance of negative Top 10 updates just proves how there's a current lack of new, hot music for radio to jump on. But in a week or two, I bet some of these newer songs like One More Night & Some Nights will start getting bigger updates, or in WANEGBT's case, maintain those bigger updates. By the end of September, the Top 10 will be extremely fresh. And we'll be getting some newer music to spice things up.
