I don't think either are iconic, but "Crazy In love" has certainly had more impact in my opinion.

CIL is better, but Umbrella is more iconic.

Crazy in Love more Iconic, and more acclaimed and Impact .. The 'Uh Oh' accompanied with a dance memorable dance.
Umbrella has the memorable 'ella eh' and was bigger WW (Charts positions and Sales).

I guess umbrella is the only achievement that people in ATRL consider to be truly iconic about Rihanna (which is sad by the way)
