Do realize: There is no proven INTENTION that Lithium was trying to copy off of Love Like Winter. If anything, it's just coincidence about how both videos turned out. On top of that, the times for when the videos were shot were likely close.(within 2 or 3 months) They are similar, but they are not a direct rip off from one another. Even the directors of each video would allege this.
As for this question, I saw more snow in AFI's video, so I'll say that was the better winter video, while Lithium was the better song.
