The vogue performance is boring for me, Madonna has better.

The one with the artist actually singing live.

What is so great about that Madonna performance? She can do MUCH better. It would be a complete bore if they didn't wear those costumes. The dancing is not heavy, she is not singing live and there is nothing to catch viewers attention. So Gaga's definitely. And this is not about which is more iconic, just state your personal opinion.

Both are entertaining to watch, I think. Gaga had live vocals (a tad bit overdid it but nonetheless a good effort) and the shock factor. Madonna had better execution and a steady flow throughout her performance. The Pap performance was more of a musical/shock factor type thing and Vogue was a theatre production.

For once I pick Gaga.
