You do realize that enterainment websites like E! and MTV have something like a 97% rumor rate on their articles, right?
None of that stops "Bad Romance" from becoming the more iconic or classic song in the future.

Right well Zowie and Grimes are not working with Gaga so there's no point in being hyped about them either Gaga has been known to bring out the good with the people she works with, that's why some of us are hyped.

Perhaps that will be her fashion designer of choice for the ARTPOP era. Or maybe I'm overthinking it and she just cycles through fashion whenever she feels.

I don't think her designer changing is as much correlated to the music releasing as many people think. It's more like she changes the wardrobe in periods negotiated by her/her management and the designers' firms. I think it's more to do with the business behind that. And Gaga just pick what she think she will wear from those provided choices.
We'll be getting A LOT of info in September. She already said she'll explain more about ARTPOP then. That means she's having some big press release type thing going on.
