They will all 3 count as sold out shows because it's an outdoor concert so they don't actually have a specific number of tickets to sold, they just try to sell as many tickets as possible, but the maximum number of tickets that could have been sold for those 3 shows was 30.000 for the Vilnius show, 50.000 for the Riga show and around 70.000 for the Tallin show.
As I said, the shows will be counted as soldouts because no matter how low the number of tickets sold is they will pretend that that's the actual number of tickets put out for the general public sale and that they didn't use the whole park.
But no, if the full capacity for the 3 venues would have been used, not a single show out of these 3 would have been sold out.
The nearest show to be considered a sellout would be the Vilnius show where she sold around 25.000 and the maximum capacity for the venue is about 30.000...
