I completely understand. I'm not entirely introverted but there are a good amount of times where I relish the time(s) I have with myself. Also going off of what Midnight said earlier, when you're with you yourself you have no attachments, so you're free to do whatever whenever you want to do it. Now there are times I like to be around my friends, go out, etc, but I really believe I'm more introverted than extroverted. I love spending time by myself either working out, watching TV, reading.
I'm not spiritual, though.
