Def Jam has announced thta Rihanna's third album would be dropping during the 4th Quarter of 07', so this makes perfect sense, even if it is a waste of a single.
even if the single is peaking right now ...they still could have released a video look at akon IWLY went number one..without a vid and at least akon was nice enough to do a video for the fans
