Well for starters, you will definitely be learning sign language. With Speech Pathology, you'll be helping people with stutters and helping them try to fix it so that they can speak more eloquently. You could also help people with lisps, as well as people with down's syndrome, autistm, asperger's, etc. Stroke victims also sometimes lose their ability to speak properly so you could be helping them as well. It's like therapy but for speech.
Audiologist's tend to work more with those who are deaf or difficult of hearing, as well as balance. This is where sign language comes in handy since it'll be your primary method of communicating with them. You'll do things like hearing tests, helping them get and adjust to hearing aids, as well as cochlear implants.
You definitely need a bachelor's degree and a lot go for their master's since it's a competitive field. You could even get your PhD. I'm just going off what I know from my friends.
You could find more info on it here:

Best of luck though! You should really make a list with all your strengths and interests and find something you might like that pays well. If you don't like it, you'll be so miserable.
