there is no proof that he did this, during all his wins and after he passed ALL his test. AFTER he RETIRED allegation of him dopping came up. untill like yesterday he was fighting them, but then he decided to stop(while stating once again that he NEVER dopped, and PASSED ALL prior testing) so they are now stripping him of all his titles and placing the ban on him..
