Romneys across-the-board tax "cuts" will increase taxes for people who fall UNDER the 200k-a-year line. He also want to pull tuition funding. Paul Ryan said he want to completely get rid of food stamps.
So yes, people WOULD be punished for being poor.
Also, no one is saying anything about wealthy kids/families so why are you bringing them up?
