I think you're stanning for the wrong girl. She loves coming up with explanations for everything she does. She enjoys doing it and loves the theatrical.
All she's basically saying is she is done with the Blonde Icon image that she has had off and on for the past 3 years(yes she may have worn the Teal hair for a few months or Grey/purple for a few days). She's also letting people know that Brunette is here to stay unlike how she was a blonde for 3 years and did other hair colors temporarily she is saying that Brunette is a permanent change not like the other hair colors.
Yes, she's being theatrical about the whole thing but it's Gaga, I think people are taking this way too seriously and that she's just speaking in her theatrical mumbo jumbo that she tends to do from time to time.
