Why do I have this strange feeling that someone's missing? Very shady.

I'm not anticipating any of those, especially the last one. All i'm anticipating is Legend X, and maybe Gaga.

Only albums I'm checking for the rest of the year are Cruel Summer, Miguel's album, & A Girl on Fire. And somewhat for Pink's, Kendrick Lamar's & Mumford & Son's.

What shade? What other major artist is releasing this year?
Eta: Rihanna I guess
Anyways, I'm only interested in The Killers and Kendrick.

I'll be listening to like 5 of these, but the only one I'm even remotely anticipating in Pink.
I guess they didn't include Taylor because it goes without saying that she's already the biggest and most hyped release.

Weird how they didn't include Taylor Swift, she'll probably outsell all of those albums in the first week

Oh wow, I didn't notice Taylor was left off of that list until y'all mentioned it. Is Rihanna actually confirmed to be releasing a new album this year though?

Only ones I'm excited for are Grizzly Bear and G.O.O.D music (also Tame Impala but they're not on the list surprisingly).

Excited to hear these albums:
Quote:
The Killers, 'Battle Born' (9/18)
Pink, 'The Truth About Love' (9/18)
Mumford & Sons, 'Babel' (9/25)
No Doubt, 'Push and Shove' (9/25)
|
These people listed here have made some of my favorite songs so I'm definetly looking forward to it. Settle Down has me excited for what else No Doubt has up their sleeve. Sigh No More by M&S was my AOTY for 2011.
These I'm 50-50 on:
Quote:
G.O.O.D. Music, 'Cruel Summer' (9/4)
Dave Matthews Band, 'Away From the World' (9/11)
Green Day, 'ĦUno!' (9/25)
Kendrick Lamar, 'Good Kid, M.A.A.D. City' (10/2)
|
Dave Matthews and Green Day have always been hit or miss for me. Kendrick and G.O.O.D. music are wild cards that I'm interested in checking out.
They left out Jason Aldean(prob biggest country album of the year excluding Taylor), Taylor Swift, Xtina, Nelly Furtado and Rihanna(maybe album hasn't been confirmed yet)
