And if you check the Femme Fatale tour receipts of Britney in Brazil, they're kind of poor... especially when you compare them to Bey's or Gaga's up-and-coming Brazil tour receipts.
That's the problem, there's no clear definition, especially when it comes to The Fame Monster. Some say it's a full LP because it's length is good enough. Some say it's an EP because it doens't have up to 10 songs. In the end, it's up to the individual.
