Again, I'm using it as an example of many people around the world knowing who Skrillex is. Not as much as Britney, of course, but people do know who he is and arguing that "no one" knows who he is is one of the most ridiculous claims that someone has ever so aggressively try to push on this site. I honestly dont believe HIAM is responsible for dubstep implementation in the mainstream. I will however say Dr. Luke is. The only credit HIAM has is that it was the first #1 with it. But that doesn't mean it started anything. Thats like saying Adele started acoustic music in the mainstream.
