Well, this isn't too tough for me, actually. I'll omit the ones that I feel are overplayed ["Freak on a Leash", "Falling Away from Me"], and the ones that are amazing but wouldn't get any votes ["Alone I Break", "Need To"].
"Somebody Someone". Definitely the best single from Issues, albeit the least popular.
