I loved it! They made a lot of changes but still payed homage to the original. Carmen, Tika, Derek, Mike, Whitney and Jordin were all great. Jordin killed the 'One Wing' scene.

Like stated above, there were changes from the original, but not TOO far off.

Really? I think Carmen Ejogo (Sister), Mike Epps (Satin) and Tika Sumpter (Delores) killed their roles. Jordin has work to do on her acting but for a debut performance, I was impressed.

But yea, I was referring to Jordins acting. Lol, but like you said it was her debut.
That was the most drastic change in the story with Sister going to jail and not dying.
