But we shouldn't just assume a "change in belief" because it's been several years since Gaga appeared on Ellen, spouting off anti-fur ideology. Gaga has yet to acknowledge such a change. Her decision to wear fur demonstrates a lack of conviction to a cause she once claimed to support.
That said, this is a really trivial and uninteresting scandal. Can't wait for this nonsense to blow over, and it definitely will. At some point, every public figure is snared in a said one thing/did another controversy; look no further than Britney "Virgin Until Marriage Justin Shares the Intimate Details of Our Sex Life" Spears.
