my friend who stans for alex told me this earlier and i was really surprised and confused. how come this track is getting success rather than one of the singles? was it used on an advert in greece or something?
I don't know either. I think it must've been played on radio and snowballed. It was top 20 on itunes for ages. Weird. Shame. Elephant was charting ok across european itunes (around low 100s). Her past management were a mess. The album should've been out in March. We wouldn't be here now, It might still disappoint but it wouldn't have been as bad. They need to get it together. The title track needs to be next and sung on XF. We know last time she sang the silence she outsang every contestant since 2008 so she can slay again.
Also Alex is singing On My Own from Les Mis for children in need in september. I hope she sings it live in november for the telecast. I hope it does something (along with her XF performance) to change this idea she's a bitch. It's come out even worse since that XF judging slot. She never got those media stories before. Seeing "Tonight" appear as the #1 song on iTunes in Greece is one of the most bizarre things I have ever come across. I don't understand, but at least this suggests her career isn't completely over, yet. Congrats Alexandra.
