Hmmm so what do you freak about when you eat something?
I tend to go towards low fat. I don't eat many foods that are loaded with fat. I always look at the box on the back and see how much fat is in it. If it's more than 15 I most likely won't eat it. I usually could care less about carbs. I eat a lot of cereal so that shows something. If I see something that as 20 grams of fat...I'm like...um no, let's not. I dont' want to get fat

But it really depends on your body's metabolism. Some get fat off of carbs, while others get fat off of high fattening foods (which is pretty much for everyone's case :-\). You'll never see me munch on a bag of doritos or something. I will eat like 4 or 5 chips and then I'm done. There is 7 grams of fat for like *12* (not 7) chips
