No, blame Billboard. Now with their new, ****ty formula, it's harder to get a #1 debut unless you pay radios to play your new single. It's BS. Single sales should ALWAYS be the most important thing when determining chart position.
This is going to become the norm. I bet Gaga will do it with her lead single and then Rihanna again and then Katy.
