No it isn't. She's confirmed more than once that we're getting at least a lead single off of ARTPOP this year. It's been confirmed, and done to the death. Also, i'm just glad she's making all sorts of money in all sorts of ways. She's writing music (and obviously selling it too), touring, perfume, albums and singles still sell here and there. She's a complete brand now. We'll just have to see how the song sounds I guess before we judge. I'm not too keen on her working with him either.

We don't know what he's planning for his album sis. It could be an upbeat faux-hip hop song ala Flo-rida. We don't know ANYTHING. And Beyonce is primarily R&B and she casually makes music for the urban crowd. It's different.
Have you ever heard a Kendrick song? Its deff not gonna be dance pop. I can see GaGa on one of his songs though. Hes very creative and so is she. Theyll work well together.

My guess is that it'd sound like Kid Cudi's "Make Her Say," which would work better than a "Chillin" type of sound.
