They're all apart of it, but they're still different sorts of media. Those who are very into music may see that Gaga has put out some music, and those into fashion and magazines will see the other two. It's just her way of coming back to all media outlets.

No it isn't. She's confirmed more than once that we're getting at least a lead single off of ARTPOP this year. It's been confirmed, and done to the death. Also, i'm just glad she's making all sorts of money in all sorts of ways. She's writing music (and obviously selling it too), touring, perfume, albums and singles still sell here and there. She's a complete brand now. We'll just have to see how the song sounds I guess before we judge. I'm not too keen on her working with him either.
