No, even if she released it Monday, she would have entered because of the airplay, and if she released it today on iTunes, she would have had only 5 days of sales.
The sales week is tracked from Mon-Sun, but airplay is tracked Wed-Tues, or something like that. So the sales won't count til next week, but it made an enormous enough airplay impression to chart this week based on that alone.
Congrats, but that is not really a fair record. Carrie had it without the CC deal, and it basically means stations get money for playing it once a hour. But that is the new marketing I guess so good for her.
